The VS Code settings page exposes a paste-summary control even though paste collapsing is implemented only by the CLI TUI. Changing the control from VS Code therefore appears broken and can also conflict with the TUI's own persisted preference.
Remove the unsupported control and its localization/type surface from the VS Code webview. The CLI configuration and TUI command remain available where the behavior is implemented.
